Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Core HCM Consultant to join a team delivering cloud-based HR solutions and rapid deployments. You will collaborate with clients on leading practices in core HCM, host workshops, and work across diverse teams worldwide.

Partial travel to client sites is expected; opportunities for AI-driven delivery and ongoing learning are emphasized within a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed and manage teams and client interactions.
• Thrive in diverse, dynamic environment with deadlines; strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to clearly articulate complex messages.

Responsibilities

• Help clients maximize the Workday investment by delivering core HCM solutions.
• Lead workshops and discussions with clients and colleagues across locations.
• Collaborate with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed expectations.
• Support innovation by contributing new methods and assets.
