Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday HCM Project Manager to lead end-to-end Workday implementations for global clients within a dynamic environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations, budgets, and delivery quality across Phase 1 and Phase X engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Workday HCM/FIN implementations end-to-end.
• Experience in Workday program and project management during at least 2 delivered engagements.
• Experience in stakeholder management, resource management, financial management, PMO, quality management.
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage teams and client interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end.
• Lead (senior) client stakeholders, the engagement financials and the overall quality of delivery.
• Use processes, tools and assets to assure high-quality, on-time delivery within budget.
• Lead and coach consultants to the next level.
• Be part of pre-sales cycles for new and existing Workday clients to grow skills.
