Qualifications

• End-to-end Workday implementation experience across projects.
• Delivery of Workday initiatives in multiple engagements (2+).
• Strong stakeholder, resource and financial management skills.
• Proven PMO capabilities and delivery quality ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end.
• Mobilize and structure the project team to deliver agreed solutions.
• Manage senior client stakeholders, budgets and delivery quality.
• Use assets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of engagements.
• Coach consultants and project managers to higher levels.
• Contribute to pre-sales cycles and grow Workday delivery capabilities.
