Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Workday Extend Architect to lead design, development and deployment of Extend use cases for Workday HCM and Financials. You will guide global teams and collaborate with clients, orchestrating integrations and ensuring data quality across platforms.

We expect hands-on experience with Workday Extend, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate, plus strong English communication and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

Hands-on Workday Extend experience and full lifecycle Workday implementation.
Leading global teams on Workday implementations.
Experience with Workday integration technologies such as Orchestrate and Workday Studio.
Ability to travel as needed and manage virtual client interactions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, and implement Workday Extend use cases for HCM & Financials.
Lead teams of Workday resources in development and delivery.
Understand data integrations and ensure data quality and reliable exchanges.
Identify, assess, and solve complex integration and deployment challenges.
Collaborate with clients and third parties to deliver technical solutions.
Follow client direction to align project goals with strategy.
Escalate risks and propose alternate approaches when needed.
Make independent decisions on new assignments.
