Job summary

Grŵp Llandrillo Menai seeks a Work Based Assessor in Business and Digital to manage recruitment, retention, and completion of a standardised learner caseload. The role covers delivery of training, assessment, and quality assurance of learners’ work in workplace settings and remote environments.

Applicants should have at least 3 years’ experience in customer service, business administration, digital, team leading or management, and be able to promote courses across workplaces while supporting

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service, business administration, digital, team leading or management role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for and deliver a variety of qualifications.
• Deliver training, assess learner work and assure quality.
• Recruit, retain and support a standardised caseload of learners and employers.
• Meet with learners and employers, primarily remotely with some travel, and plan visits efficiently.
• Promote courses and encourage recruitment within the organisation.
