Job summary

The Assessor will deliver training, assessment and QA of learners’ work, overseeing knowledge and practical competence in workplace settings, and recruiting for various qualifications with remote work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in customer service, business administration, digital, team leading or management role.
• Experience in recruiting and supporting learners.
• Ability to plan and coordinate visits and remote delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, assessment and quality assurance of learners' work.
• Recruit for and deliver a variety of qualifications.
• Meet with learners and employers in workplace settings, predominantly remotely with travel.
• Promote courses and recruit learners.
• Teach small group workshops in management, business & digital topics.
