Job summary

EIS Group is seeking a Senior Program Director to partner with Sales and Delivery leadership, driving success across a broad portfolio in a remote UK setting. You will lead governance, frame delivery approaches, and coach other Program Directors to ensure high-impact outcomes.

The role emphasizes client advisory skills, cross-functional collaboration with onshore/offshore teams, and engagement with strategic initiatives and business development to grow license opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services project/program management roles.
• 8+ years in the insurance industry, with a background at an insurer or consulting for insurers.
• 5+ years at a Property and Casualty or Benefits insurer, or related work experience.
• Experience working closely with one or more software applications; ability to understand complex business processes.
• Consultative and facilitation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of Insurance Technology / platform.
• Ability to work from client's location minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Drives successful outcomes for all projects in the portfolio across multiple delivery modes.
• Coordinates with the Partner Enablement Executive to confirm partner teams are adequately skilled.
• Ensures the client understands business goals, scope, timeline and value.
• Onboards new employees to understand project goals and responsibilities.
• Establishes governance processes at project and portfolio levels to keep projects on track.
• Builds meaningful relationships with client and partner teams assigned to the portfolio.
• Works with Sales to pursue new opportunities within the portfolio.
• Defines delivery models and clarifies roles and responsibilities.
• Supports pre-bill and revenue recognition processes; maintains forecasts.
• Coaches other Program Directors and shares knowledge across the Practice.
