Parexel International is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Strategy to drive growth, market positioning, and winning bid pursuits in a remote capacity. You will guide commercial strategy initiatives, analyze opportunities, and collaborate with sales, operations, and technical functions to win high-impact opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and shapeParexel's competitive messaging to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive track record in CRO with client management and senior sales/operational roles.
• Experience developing commercial messaging including RFIs, RFPs, and bid content.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid triage and assess strategic fit with Parexel objectives.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify high-value opportunities.
• Coach bid teams on high-profile RFI/RFPs for compelling messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to define client requirements.
• Prepare teams for client presentations and strategic positioning.
• Share lessons learned to improve bid pursuit outcomes.
