• 10+ years of progressive leadership in pharma/biotech/CRO or healthcare services.
• Experience leading global operational teams and complex functions.
• Deep understanding of investigator financial operations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for Site Payment Services.
• Lead a global organization delivering investigator payment operations and site-facing support.
• Drive automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to modernize services.
• Engage with Finance, Technology, and Commercial teams to optimize the investigator financial lifecycle.
• Develop and mentor a diverse global leadership team and promote continuous learning.
