Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Project Leader or Senior Project Leader to lead project delivery to our Large Pharma Partnership clients and their projects on a global level. You will provide cross-functional leadership of our clinical trials and studies to achieve operational excellence, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality while compliant with ICH GCP.

The position is available in the following EMEA locations and offers fully remote home based working.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Science/Medical) or equivalent and clinical project management experience.
Advanced degree desirable.
Strong CRO experience and Phase I–III project management knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a formal project plan with milestones, budgets and resources.
Identify and manage project risks, implement contingency plans and inform the client.
Establish quality standards and ensure first-time quality of deliverables.
Own the client relationship for the study and ensure high client satisfaction.
Manage project P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing activities.
Lead cross-functional project teams and represent leadership in external meetings.
