We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business in the commercial vehicle contract hire sector. The role involves traveling across the UK, developing relationships, and delivering a compelling value proposition to potential fleets.

You will cover 50-175 vehicle fleets, manage CRM, collaborate with marketing, and meet annual sales targets while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Formación

• Proven track record in sales within the commercial vehicle sector.
• Knowledge of Contract Hire & Rental concepts.
• Strong prioritization and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a plan to generate new customers across the region.
• Research and network to identify key prospects and opportunities.
• Visit prospects/customers to promote vehicle contract hire solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a compelling value proposition.
• Deliver fleet volume and revenue targets while monitoring competition.
• Maintain CRM to reflect pipeline and customer status.
