Vanaways UK Ltd in Bristol is recruiting a Commercial Fleet Business Development Manager on a full-time, permanent, hybrid/remote basis with occasional travel to the Bristol head office. You will win new B2B business in fleet, leasing or contract hire and build your own pipeline by opening doors and converting opportunities into long-term relationships.

You will engage with business owners and senior decision makers across the UK, manage your own sales cycle and CRM, and target ambitious growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience within Fleet / Vehicle Leasing B2B sales.
• Self-generating leads and winning new business.
• Ability to engage senior decision makers and close deals.

Responsabilités

• Generate your own leads through proactive prospecting and outbound activity.
• Build relationships with business owners and senior decision makers.
• Understand fleet requirements and present tailored vehicle solutions.
• Manage opportunities from prospect through to close and secure profitable new business.
• Maintain and grow your own sales pipeline with accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and margin targets.
