Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.
• 2+ years recent experience in an accounting firm or CPA practice.
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of US bookkeeping practices and GAAP.
• Experience maintaining financial records, AP/AR, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with month-end and year-end closings and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily bookkeeping and record maintenance for multiple entities.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable; track payments.
• Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations with accuracy.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare bookkeeping reports and assist in financial statements.
• Collaborate with clients and accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Use AI and modern accounting tools to improve efficiency.
