You will work directly with US clients, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Strong US GAAP knowledge and professional designation are required; AI tools are encouraged to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of professional accounting experience.
• At least 2 recent years in a U.S. CPA practice or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS-only experience not considered.
• Proven experience with general ledger, reconciliations and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations; maintain general ledger.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes on time.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, trial balances).
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliant reporting documentation.
• Support sales tax filings and regulatory compliance across entities.
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients to resolve questions.
