Job summary

team.blue in the UK seeks a Systems and Escalations Engineer to join the technical team across Catalyst2, GURU Cloud and UKDedicated—someone who brings passion for tech and experience in hosting. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role handling escalated internal and customer support matters, provisioning services, and mentoring other team members.

Location: remote (UK-based) or hybrid from Worcester, Reading or Hemel Hempstead offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hosting experience with cPanel/WHM
• Hands-on Linux CLI administration
• Strong WordPress and CMS/Ecommerce knowledge
• Understanding internet protocols and technologies
• Process-driven mindset with troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated 3rd line support via email/ticketing and phone
• Support 1st & 2nd line teams with escalations
• Deploy new customer services and manage system upgrades
• Liaise with vendors for system improvements and issues
