Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Systems and Escalations Engineer to join our UK technical team. The role focuses on escalated internal and customer support, provisioning services, and mentoring other staff. Location: remote (UK-based) or hybrid from Worcester, Reading or Hemel Hempstead with training provided.

We require at least 2 years hosting experience, strong WordPress and CMS knowledge, and a security-minded, process-driven approach. A related technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hosting experience with cPanel/WHM and Linux CLI.
• Strong WordPress and CMS/Ecommerce knowledge.
• Security-minded, process-driven troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated 3rd line support primarily via email/ticketing and phone.
• Assist 1st/2nd line teams with technical escalations.
• Deploy new customer services and manage system upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors for system improvements.
