Job summary

Thales Group is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to define and execute the annual Field and Channel Marketing strategy for the UK region. You will partner with the Regional Direct & Indirect Sales Team to accelerate pipeline, grow revenue, and increase brand visibility.

You will lead end-to-end regional campaigns, manage events, and supervise a team across multiple geographies while coordinating with ABM, Digital, and Product Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of regional, field and/or channel marketing experience.
• Experience in B2B technology marketing (cybersecurity preferred).
• Strong leadership with mentoring and developing teams.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Power BI.
• Fluent English with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual regional Field Marketing plan aligned to revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales and Channel leadership to define GTM priorities.
• Execute integrated enterprise B2B campaigns across channels.
• Drive webinars, roundtables, workshops, tradeshows, conferences.
• Collaborate with distributors to co-create demand programs.
• Manage Coop planning, ROI tracking, and regional events.
