Carrier is seeking a Regional Specification Manager to develop and manage specification opportunities across the UK. You will work with consultants, engineers, contractors, developers and end users to promote Carrier solutions from early design through delivery.

You will combine technical knowledge, commercial acumen and relationship skills to influence project specifications, drive opportunities and partner with regional sales teams to convert them into value-rich orders.

Qualificações

• University degree in Engineering, Building Services, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in specification, technical sales, or business development within HVAC/building services.
• Experience working with consultants, consulting engineers, contractors, developers or other construction industry stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and building services systems and related technical solutions.
• Proven ability to identify and develop project opportunities from specification through to commercial conversion.
• Experience influencing product or solution specifications within construction or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of the sales and project development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations or customer workshops.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business development principles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a regional specification strategy aligned with Carrier's sales objectives.
• Identify upcoming construction, refurbishment and engineering projects for Carrier specifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with consulting engineers, M&E consultants, contractors, developers, architects and other stakeholders.
• Engage with consultants and project stakeholders early in design and specification stages.
• Promote Carrier products, technologies and solutions and ensure inclusion in project specifications.
• Develop opportunities and manage them through the project lifecycle from concept to order.
• Provide technical clarification and support to consultants, contractors and customers.
• Deliver technical workshops and CPD presentations to raise awareness of Carrier offerings.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on project progress.
