Marqeta is seeking a Production Support Engineer II to join our team. You will be the first line of contact for customers, resolving complex technical issues and translating jargon into clear guidance.

You will work with Engineering on updates and fixes, becoming a product expert and advocate for customer needs. The role offers Flexible First policies, with options to work remotely within the UK or from the London office.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in Technical Support, Production Support, or IT Support for B2B customers.
• Experience with ticketing systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of API technologies and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of contact, resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering to manage software updates and bug fixes.
• Provide on-call support and monitor production performance.
• Translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for customers.
