Allen Recruitment is hiring a proven new-business sales professional to drive UK growth from home-based anywhere in the UK (field-based role). You will win multi-site operators at HQ level, using outbound activity and a structured sales approach to convert opportunities.

This true hunter role requires high-energy, resilience, and a track record of new-logo wins. Travel nationally as needed, with a car allowance or company car as part of the package.

Formación

• Proven track record of winning new logos.
• Ability to build and manage a healthy pipeline across the UK.
• Experience selling to head-office decision-makers in multi-site operators.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle new business development across the UK with a head-office-led approach.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to engage HQ stakeholders.
• Map accounts, develop outreach sequences, and progress opportunities to close.
• Plan territory activity with weekly targets and clear reporting on activity.
