Job summary

Guidde, an AI digital adoption platform, is hiring for an enterprise SaaS sales role based in the United Kingdom. You will drive a full-cycle, quota-carrying process with 3,000+ employee enterprises and ACV of $100K–$300K, from prospecting through to close.

You will grow your book of business, nurture executives and champions, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Ops to ensure onboarding and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying closing in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and win new accounts while building trust for growth.
• Experience closing deals with multiple stakeholders including legal and security.
• Executive-level selling to CIOs and other buyers; high ACV and strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise business with full-cycle sales for 3,000+ employee orgs, $100K–$300K ACV.
• Build and manage your book of business for quarter-over-quarter growth.
• Develop relationships with champions, economic buyers, and executives.
• Manage expansion opportunities within accounts.
• Navigate complex stakeholder environments including security, legal, and procurement.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales Ops, and Leadership.
• Operate PLG-influenced deals bridging adoption to revenue.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline.
