Job summary

ENMASE Group is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager based from home in the UK to drive sales across a broad range of Test and Measurement products, including general purpose and RF test equipment and related accessories. You will lead technical discussions, identify opportunities, and develop new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will forecast bookings, manage opportunities, and deliver against targets.

Qualifications

Experience across the Electronic Component Market.
Ability to learn and become technically competent across T&M products.
Experience in an FAE, Account or B2B sales role in a multi-channel/distribution environment.
Degree educated or with relevant commercial experience.
Proven written and presentation skills.
Engaging and out-going personality.
Strong customer-facing communication across channels.

Responsibilities

Develop knowledge across Test and Measurement products and their uses.
Strategic selling and business development; grow opportunities in the territory.
Close sales opportunities and achieve targets.
Lead proactive sales efforts and manage diary with prospect/customer visits.
Develop and maintain key account plans for strategic accounts within the territory.
Promote the company GO! Scheme products within the territory.
