Job summary

WR Logistics is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the UK in a remote/field-based role. You will source and win new business, build robust customer relationships, and tailor waste management solutions to client needs.

Ideal candidates have proven sales performance, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with internal teams. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development or Field Sales.
• Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal or related industry experience desirable.
• Proven track record of winning new business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven and confident with customers.
• Existing industry contacts advantageous.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and win new business across the UK.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Visit customer sites and understand their requirements.
• Provide tailored recycling and collection solutions.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract win.
• Work with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
