Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking an experienced People Support TUPE & Acquisition Supervisor to lead TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activity. The role requires coordinating transfers accurately, with a focus on deadlines and stakeholder collaboration.

You will lead a dedicated team, partnering with HR, Finance, IT and mobilisation to deliver payroll services while enhancing the employee experience. The 12-month FTC role is remote with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll processes.
• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating colleagues and prioritising workloads.
• Ability to deliver process improvements from diagnosis to benefits review.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activity, meeting deadlines.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the TUPE & Acquisitions team with coaching and development.
• Act as first escalation for complex payroll queries and delivery risks.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, mobilisation teams and providers.
• Drive continuous improvement across end-to-end TUPE and acquisition processes.
