Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced People Support TUPE & Acquisition Supervisor on a 12-month FTC. This remote role requires occasional travel to Gloucester and Birmingham for milestone reviews and onboarding activities.

You will lead the TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll workstream, ensuring transfers meet deadlines and data quality standards. You’ll develop the team, partner with HR, Finance and IT, and drive continuous improvements to payroll processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of TUPE In/Out and acquisition payroll processes.
• Experience in leading or coordinating teams and managing changing workloads.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activities with milestones and data quality.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the TUPE & Acquisitions team including coaching and performance reviews.
• Act as first escalation point for complex payroll queries and delivery risks, resolving issues.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, IT and project stakeholders to support transfers.
• Drive end-to-end process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce manual work.
