Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an experienced People Support TUPE & Acquisition Supervisor to lead day-to-day delivery of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activity. You will ensure transfers are accurate and on schedule, collaborating with HR, Finance, IT and mobilisation teams.

You will coach and develop the TUPE & Acquisitions team, manage complex payroll queries, and drive continuous improvements to payroll processes and controls, enhancing accuracy and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll processes.
• Experience leading, coaching or coordinating colleagues and managing changing workloads.
• Track record delivering process improvements from diagnosis to implementation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and SAP or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of TUPE In, TUPE Out and acquisition payroll activities, ensuring on-time transfers.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the TUPE & Acquisitions team, including coaching and development.
• Act as first point of escalation for complex payroll queries and data issues, driving resolution.
• Build relationships with HR, Finance, IT, mobilisation teams and stakeholders to support transfers.
• Lead continuous improvement across TUPE and acquisition processes to strengthen controls and service.
