Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced HR Advisor - TUPE Specialist in London to provide specialist advice and operational support across TUPE transfers. You will work with managers, legal advisers and transferring organisations to ensure transfers are compliant and employees have a positive experience.

You will manage TUPE activity from planning to post-transfer integration, coordinating due diligence, consultations and data reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of TUPE legislation with experience implementing TUPE transfers within regulated environments.
• Experience supporting consultation processes, ideally involving trade unions or employee representatives.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations casework related to TUPE or organisational change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working with HR systems and employee data.
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Professional and sensitive approach when dealing with confidential employee matters.

Responsibilities

Temporary contract for 6 months

Full time, hybrid working available

Based in London

Salary: up to £24.50 per hour (PAYE)

Are you an experienced HR professional with hands‑on TUPE and employee relations experience, looking for an opportunity where you can play a key role in supporting organisational change?

We are partnering with a purpose‑led organisation to recruit an HR Advisor who will provide specialist advice and operational support across a range of TUPE transfers. Working closely with managers, internal stakeholders, legal advisers and transferring organisations, you'll help ensure transfers are well managed, compliant and provide a positive experience for employees.

The role

You’ll support TUPE activity from initial planning and due diligence through to consultation, transfer and post‑transfer integration. This will include:

• Supporting the planning and delivery of TUPE transfers in and out of the organisation
• Coordinating due diligence and reviewing Employee Liability Information (ELI)
• Supporting formal consultation with employees, trade unions and employee representatives
• Advising managers and responding to employee queries throughout the transfer process
• Reviewing workforce data, contracts, policies and employment practices to identify potential risks and liabilities
• Preparing consultation documents, communications, letters and reports
• Supporting employee relations matters connected to TUPE and organisational change
• Maintaining project plans, timelines and risk logs
• Ensuring employee information and HR/payroll records are accurately transferred and maintained
• Supporting the onboarding and integration of transferring employees into the organisation

What we're looking for
