Job summary

Velocity Black by Capital One UK harnesses AI and human experts to deliver a premium travel concierge experience. You will assist clients in booking travel across flights, hotels and car rentals, using GDS to communicate with suppliers and secure top rates and perks.

The role sits within our fast-growing travel team, requiring energy, ambition and a customer-first mindset. This is a permanent remote position open to UK residents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in travel bookings using GDS or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of travel options, suppliers and how to secure best rates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and suppliers.
• Able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking travel from flights to hotels and car rentals.
• Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other tools to book and communicate with suppliers.
• Coordinate with global suppliers to secure best rates, perks, and service for clients.
