TimeSaving Travel is expanding in the UK and seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Travel Consultant role. You will help clients plan and book travel, including cruises, flights, hotels, and activities.

No prior travel experience is required; comprehensive training and support are provided. You will respond to inquiries, make recommendations based on preferences and budget, and ensure bookings are accurate with confirmed itineraries.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
• Provide recommendations on destinations, activities, and accommodations.
• Book flights, cruises, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, deals, and promotions.
