Velocity Black, a luxury concierge brand now part of Capital One UK, offers 24/7 access to exclusive dining, experiences and upgrades via a bespoke app. We are seeking a proactive Concierge Specialist to deliver outstanding service, manage member requests end-to-end and thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

The role is remote within the UK, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury concierge or hospitality
• Adaptability and multitasking
• ‘Yes first’ mentality
• General knowledge of high end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
• Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude
• Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment
• Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Flexible working hours - evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences and retail.
• Liaising with every part of the business to ensure a swift and effective resolution process and effective handling of member issues
• Communication with members, giving them a demonstration of the product interface and an overview of the membership
• Completing end-to-end member requests
