Job summary

Velocity Black, recently acquired by Capital One, provides 24/7 luxury concierge services to high-net-worth clients via our app. We are seeking a passionate Concierge Specialist to join the team, bringing hospitality excellence and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

You'll liaise with restaurants, vendors and members, deliver end-to-end requests, and uphold our standard of discretion and superior service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury concierge or hospitality.
• Adaptability and multitasking.
• ‘Yes first’ mentality.
• General knowledge of high end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants.
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients.
• Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a collaborative and transparent environment.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences and retail.
• Liaising with every part of the business to ensure a swift and effective resolution process and effective handling of member issues
• Communication with members, giving them a demonstration of the product interface and an overview of the membership
• Completing end-to-end member requests
