Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury concierge or hospitality.
• Adaptability and multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver great service across dining, experiences and retail.
• Liaising with every part of the business to ensure swift resolutions and effective handling of member issues.
• Communicating with members, demonstrating the product interface and membership overview.
• Completing end-to-end member requests.
