This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, exclusive travel perks, and ongoing training. You’ll handle inquiries via email, phone, and chat, assist with changes or cancellations, and share destination insights to ensure memorable journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service—travel, tourism, or hospitality preferred.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through habits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client inquiries across email, phone, and messaging channels with timely, polished communication.
• Support travelers with booking updates, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date insights on destinations, travel documents, and agency procedures.
• Follow up to confirm trip details and gather feedback post-travel.
