Job summary

VodafoneThree in the UK is seeking a Location Independent Worker to lead business improvement and change initiatives across VBTS. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive transformation while enjoying flexible office locations and the 'Office in a Box' home-working kit.

The role requires experience in process improvement, change management, and data-driven decision making, with strong stakeholder engagement. You’ll help embed continuous improvement culture and quantify benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in business improvement, change management, transformation
• Strong skills in process mapping and root cause analysis
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation of workshops
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or CI methodologies desirable
• Excellent communication skills in delivering complex information
