Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance management, BI or analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Experience working across multiple functions in a complex matrix org.
• Advanced reporting capabilities using BI and data-visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides data and insight for the VBTS performance framework, ensuring clear KPIs.
• Maintains executive dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting.
• Analyze performance trends, risks and opportunities with actionable insights.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance reviews and governance.
• Establish data-driven decision-making across VBTS with forecasting and analytics.
