Alimentiv is seeking a detail-oriented TMF Coordinator to join the TMF Operations team. You will ensure the TMF content is inspection-ready, maintain quality and compliance across paper and electronic TMF systems, and collaborate with cross-functional study teams to resolve gaps.

The role supports document management, indexing, and reporting using tools such as Veeva Vault, Phlexglobal, and Trial Interactive, with remote work options available.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years experience in clinical trials TMF management.
• Working knowledge of eTMF platforms and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• Remote working arrangement is allowed.
