Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day clinical trials operations. You will oversee multiple trials, ensure data capture per study protocol, and safeguard participant safety in a regulated environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 0–5 years of experience with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, and strong English language skills. Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and eTMF processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
• 0 to 5 years experience; 1+ year of leadership responsibility.
• Strong English and grammar skills; second language a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA Good Clinical Practices; ICH Guidelines and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple ongoing clinical trials involving patients or healthy volunteers.
• Complete all paperwork required to capture data as specified by a study protocol, and ensure subject safety.
• Engage in recruitment, enrollment and retention of study participants.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members; acts as a lead coordinator for certain studies.
• Interact with monitors and other stakeholders.
