Job summary

Stryker UK Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to uphold and expand our Trauma product portfolio within NHS accounts across the UK. You will build strong relationships with clinicians, procurement and theatre teams, while conducting product demonstrations and stock audits in hospital settings.

Ideal candidates have proven medical sales success, a relevant science/medical degree, and a drive to exceed targets. A full UK driving licence is required and travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Proven successful medical sales experience.
• Training in medical/scientific/technical career ideal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in Trauma accounts and grow new opportunities in the territory.
• Develop relationships with NHS stakeholders, including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
• Cover operating theatres within key accounts and support case coverage.
• Audit theatre and hospital stock; manage consignment levels and stock rotation.
• Become competent with iPad apps to monitor stock in customer accounts.
