Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, business development, or B2B sales.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own pipeline as a self-employed contractor.
• Based in the UK with knowledge of UK telemarketing compliance (CTPS, PECR).

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective client companies and qualify opportunities.
• Book appointments for the recruitment team.
• Manage set-and-close workflow and client relationships if applicable.
• Log all activity in the CRM.
