Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+
• 5+ years delivering or supporting enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Experience leading government customer engagements with public sector procurement knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead 10–15+ technical consultants and subcontractors to deliver deployments and upgrades
• Oversee end-to-end security engagements across Cortex product suite
• Partner with Sales to scope engagements, create SOWs, and estimate LOEs
• Manage customer relationships and project timelines, handling escalations
• Onboard and supervise third-party partners while enforcing quality standards
• Collaborate with PMO to plan projects and expand service offerings
