Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior Technical Support Engineer to drive customer success in cybersecurity. You will address post‑sales challenges, perform root cause analyses, and guide upgrades while communicating complex issues to both technical and executive audiences.

The role emphasizes rapid, high‑quality support and collaboration across functions. You will engage in cross‑functional technical discussions, ensure timely case updates, and contribute to knowledge bases and best practices.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of network security experience.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP).
• Extensive troubleshooting of Remote Access VPN (IPsec, PKI, SSL).
• Ability to debug complex networks across OSI layers; multi-vendor exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert technical assistance to top-tier customers with in-depth troubleshooting.
• Own cases end-to-end, including multi-vendor fault isolation and RCA.
• Communicate solutions clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account, Sales, and Marketing for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Work with Engineering and QA to file bugs and improve releases.
