Support Revolution in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Internal Technical Recruiter who thrives on finding brilliant talent across Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft. You don’t need to be expert in all three; recruiting within at least one is enough, and you’ll hunt standout candidates beyond job boards.

This is a full-time, fully remote UK role offering a competitive salary up to £40,000 gross per year, opportunities to grow, and a supportive environment with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting professionals in SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft environments.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and diverse skill sets.
• Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching.
• Confident communication with technical candidates beyond keyword matching.
• Experience managing vacancies from briefing through to offer.
