Job summary

Support Revolution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape our recruitment strategy across the UK, USA, India and beyond, with hands-on sourcing and leadership of the internal team. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate functions, build proactive pipelines, benchmark salaries, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive growth in Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft markets.

This is a fully remote UK role offering a collaborative, fast-paced environment and opportunities

Qualifications

• Significant end-to-end in-house Talent Acquisition experience.
• Track record recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance.
• Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Experience building proactive candidate pipelines.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or leading recruiters.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of talent strategy.
• Ability to operate across functions, seniority levels and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our Talent Acquisition function, setting high standards for recruitment quality and candidate experience.
• Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other corporate functions.
• Lead recruitment for senior, specialist and business-critical appointments.
• Use direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping to identify exceptional candidates in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to future business growth.
• Provide salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence and talent-market insight to support hiring decisions.
• Review recruitment campaigns, sourcing strategies, job adverts and candidate shortlists to ensure high standards.
• Coach and support our internal recruiting team, sharing expertise and driving recruitment excellence.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles and effective selection strategies.
• Develop our employer proposition and ensure our external recruitment presence reflects the Support Revolution brand.

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to find and attract brilliant talent across the UK, USA, India and beyond, supporting our continued growth in the Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft third-party support market.

You’ll be hands-on with recruitment while leading and supporting our internal recruitment team, headhunting great candidates, building talent pipelines, benchmarking the market and partnering with hiring managers across the business.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how talent strategy supports business growth
• The ability to operate successfully across different functions, seniority levels and international markets
