Job summary

Redkiub is seeking a Delivery Recruitment Consultant (Oracle/SAP/ERP) in London to support the Oracle team across contract and permanent roles. You will build relationships with Oracle candidates, primarily by phone, and match them to opportunities within blue-chip client projects.

The role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and delivering high-quality hires in a fast-paced, specialist Oracle recruitment function. Office-based 3-4 days per week with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong and confident telephone and written communication.
• Recruitment experience is useful but not essential.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and CRMs (Bullhorn a plus).
• Office-based 3-4 days per week in London.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage top-tier Oracle talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates and assess suitability in collaboration with the Oracle team.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified Oracle professionals.
• Understand client requirements to deliver best-fit candidates.
