Job summary

Apps IT Limited in London is seeking a Permanent Recruiter to own the full 360 recruitment process for the Oracle Cloud/ERP market across the UK and Europe. This is a permanent, office-based role with strong emphasis on business development, client management and end-to-end candidate delivery.

You will build relationships with clients, source and assess candidates, manage submissions through to placement, and contribute to a high-performing team led by experienced directors.

Qualifications

• A strong and proven track record in 360 recruitment, including business development experience, winning and growing client accounts
• Permanent IT recruitment experience – ideally in the Oracle, SAP or wider ERP/cloud space
• Clear and confident telephone, video and written communication skills
• Confident dealing with clients by phone, video call or face to face
• Self-motivated and able to generate your own leads and business opportunities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRMs – Bullhorn experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

Salary Range: £40k-£45k per annum, depending on experience

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our growing UK team as a dedicated Permanent Recruiter – a full-cycle, 360 recruitment role focused on the permanent Oracle Cloud/ ERP market for clients across the UK and Europe.

About the Role:

As our dedicated Permanent Oracle Recruiter, you’ll own the whole permanent recruitment process. You’ll build productive relationships with our existing clients, proactively introduce Apps IT to new ones, and secure permanent requirements – then source, engage and manage the ideal candidates through submission, interview, offer, negotiation and placement.

You’ll be part of a well-established team led by our Founding Directors, who each bring over 25 years of deep Oracle and ERP expertise. You’ll be supported by the wider UK recruitment team and a professional Sales Support team who manage all post-placement activity, including compliance, contracts and invoicing – leaving you free to focus on business development and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Management

• Build consultative, partner-style relationships with our existing client base, becoming their preferred solution for all permanent hiring needs
• Identify and target prospective clients across the Oracle, SAP and wider ERP and cloud space, introduce Apps IT and secure terms of business
• Generate your own leads and opportunities through networking, LinkedIn, market mapping and proactive outreach
• Take detailed briefs, manage client expectations and negotiate fees and terms

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment (360)

• Proactively source and engage Oracle and ERP talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks and our internal candidate database
• Screen and assess candidates, submitting well-qualified, highly suitable shortlists with urgency
• Manage the process from candidate submission through to interview, offer, negotiation and securing the placement
• Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified professionals, keeping our CRM accurate and up to date

Striving for Quality

• Deliver a consistently high level of service to clients and candidates alike, with clear and professional communication at every step
• Work effectively with team members to maintain and enhance the professional reputation of Apps IT

Market Knowledge & Expertise

• Stay up to date with Oracle, SAP and ERP/cloud technologies, hiring trends, salary benchmarks and market developments
• Develop your understanding of the roles and ecosystems you recruit for, becoming a trusted adviser to clients and candidates

Key Requirements:

• A strong and proven track record in 360 recruitment, including business development experience, winning and growing client accounts
• Permanent IT recruitment experience – ideally in the Oracle, SAP or wider ERP/cloud space
• Clear and confident telephone, video and written communication skills, with strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Confident dealing with clients by phone, video call or face to face, presenting a professional image of Apps IT to clients and candidates
• Self-motivated and able to generate your own leads and business opportunities
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A resilient, results-focused mentality, demonstrating tenacity and perseverance
• Experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRMs – Bullhorn experience is a plus)
• Office-based 3–4 days per week in our London office
