Support Revolution is hiring an Internal Technical Recruiter to locate top talent across Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft. This remote UK role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring specialists for multiple technical openings while expanding pipelines beyond traditional job boards.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, benchmark market salaries, craft compelling adverts, and guide candidates through interviews and the offer process as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting professionals in SAP, Oracle or PeopleSoft spaces.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and skill sets across modules.
• Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching.
• Confident with technical candidates beyond keyword matching on CV.
• Experience managing vacancies from briefing through to offer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment briefings with hiring managers.
• Perform market and salary benchmarking.
• Write and quality-check job adverts.
• Direct sourcing and headhunting of candidates.
• Screen and qualify candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Manage offers and negotiations.
• Handle references and pre-employment steps.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and records.
