• Knowledge of BRCGS standards and HACCP.
• Experience leading HACCP teams, audits and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist knowledge and guidance to support the food safety culture.
• Ensure product compliance with customer specifications and manage the QMS per BRCGS and HACCP plans.
• Facilitate and manage technical audits, including GMP audits, for site standards improvement.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead HACCP team and monitoring, and plan product testing for compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and NPD to complete product specifications on time.
• Manage annual product traceability, withdrawal, and recall testing.
• Calibrate measuring equipment such as probes and scales regularly.
• Lead allergen cleaning validation and verification to ensure robust control.
