Resourcing Partnership Ltd is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance/Technical Manager for a privately owned food business in the UK. You will lead HACCP, quality systems and supplier approvals to ensure safety, legality and high product standards.

You'll drive site improvements, train the Technical team, manage audits (BRC, customer codes) and work with NPD to maintain quality across products while upholding best practice GMP.

Qualifikationen

• HNC/HND or degree in a food-related field with management experience.
• Internal auditor training, lead auditor (preferable).
• HACCP Level 4 trained.
• In-depth knowledge of Food Safety Systems (Score on the Doors, STS, SALSA, BRC, GMP).
• Knowledge of major retailers quality requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Site budgeting awareness and compliance.
• Hands-on approach in production and retail facilities.
• Team player with cross-functional interaction.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure products meet standards for safety, quality and legality.
• Maintain HACCP systems and lead HACCP team.
• Drive improvements in site standards and reduce consumer complaints.
• Oversee BRC and customer audits and action closure.
• Manage supplier approvals and reduce non-conformances.
• Manage testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
• Promote a quality culture and train Technical team.
• Work with NPD to ensure quality considerations in new products.
