Speech Processing Solutions seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager for the United Kingdom. The role blends technical expertise with a passion for customer outcomes, supporting large customers and partners as a trusted advisor.

This is a fully remote role in the UK with quarterly in-person team meetings. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Marketing to drive adoption, value, and customer success across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer success or related SaaS role.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand software platforms and integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical topics to varied audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support Account Executives and Key Account Managers on technical discovery calls, demos, pilot discussions, and RFP/RFQ responses.
• Explain product capabilities, implementation requirements, and integrations to customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Translate customer needs into practical technical recommendations for Sales teams.
• Support webinars, partner enablement sessions and customer-facing presentations where technical expertise is required.
• Lead or support onboarding for pilot, new and post-sale customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
