Cats is hiring a Change Project Manager (Technical) to lead technology and change initiatives across the organisation. Two roles exist—one supporting Technical Operations in IT, the other supporting Technical Programmes in Change and PMO.

You will manage plans, risks and governance, and drive adoption with cross-functional teams while reporting to stakeholders. The role offers remote working with a 18-month fixed-term contract, 26 days leave plus holidays, pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex technology, change or transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage plans, risks, budgets and competing priorities.
• Proven experience managing the people impact and adoption of technology change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and building effective collaborative relationships.
• Proactive, organised and adaptable with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• A passion for delivering successful outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technology and change projects, ensuring successful outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and governance, providing clear stakeholder reporting
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, partners and suppliers to align project delivery with organisational priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive collaboration, accountability and effective project execution
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management activities, including communications, training and adoption
• Track project progress, manage challenges and identify opportunities to improve delivery and outcomes
